Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before purchasing any product from Valira Solutions LLP. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the purchase and use of digital products and services offered by Valira Solutions LLP (“the Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), a limited liability partnership registered in England and Wales under company number OC459758, with its registered office at Dept 4989, 196 High Road, Wood Green, London, N22 8HH, United Kingdom.

These Terms apply to all customers (“you” or “the Customer”) who purchase or access our digital products through our website at valira-solutions.co.uk (the “Website”). By completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms in their entirety.

2. Definitions

  • "Digital Product" Any software, licence, template, bundle, API access, or other intangible good sold or made accessible through our Website.
  • "Subscription" A recurring payment arrangement granting access to a Digital Product for a defined billing period (monthly or annual).
  • "One-Time Purchase" A single payment granting perpetual access to a specific Digital Product, as described at the time of sale.
  • "Order" A request submitted by the Customer to purchase one or more Digital Products.
  • "Account" A registered user profile on the Website, required to access purchased Digital Products.
  • "Business Day" Any day other than Saturday, Sunday, or a public holiday in England and Wales.

3. Products & Services

Valira Solutions LLP sells exclusively digital products and services. Our current catalogue includes:

  • Ebooks and practical digital guides (PDF format)
  • Digital workbooks and planners
  • Printable templates and checklists
  • Digital resource packs and bundles

All products are delivered as digital files. No physical goods are sold and no physical delivery takes place. Product descriptions and pricing displayed on the Website are subject to change at any time without prior notice, except for Orders already confirmed.

We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. In the event of discontinuation of a product you have purchased, your access to the files already delivered is not affected.

4. Ordering Process

To place an Order, you must:

  1. Select the desired Digital Product on the Website.
  2. Create or log in to your Account.
  3. Review your Order summary and confirm the total price.
  4. Provide valid payment details and complete checkout via Stripe.

An Order constitutes a contractual offer to purchase. The contract between you and Valira Solutions LLP is formed upon our sending you an Order Confirmation by email. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any Order at our discretion, in which case a full refund will be issued promptly.

You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a contract to place an Order. By placing an Order you confirm this.

5. Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in Pound Sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of UK VAT where applicable, unless otherwise stated. Customers outside the United Kingdom may be charged their local currency equivalent at the prevailing exchange rate.

Payment is processed securely by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay.

For Subscriptions, your chosen payment method will be charged automatically at the beginning of each billing period (monthly or annual) unless you cancel before the renewal date. You may cancel your Subscription at any time from your Account dashboard.

Valira Solutions LLP reserves the right to modify pricing at any time. Any pricing changes to active Subscriptions will be communicated at least 30 days in advance and will take effect at the next renewal date.

6. Digital Delivery & Access

Upon successful payment confirmation, access to your purchased Digital Product will be granted immediately. You will receive an Order Confirmation email containing access instructions, download links, or licence keys as applicable.

Access to Digital Products is provided through your Account on the Website. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Account credentials. Valira Solutions LLP will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account.

Licences granted are personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable. One-Time Purchase licences are granted in perpetuity for the product version available at the time of purchase. Subscription licences are valid only for the duration of the active Subscription period.

We aim for 99.9% service uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance wherever possible.

7. Right of Withdrawal & Refund Policy

7.1 Consumer Right of Withdrawal

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, consumers ordinarily have a 14-day right to withdraw from distance contracts. However, this right does not apply to digital content that has been downloaded or accessed, where the consumer has expressly consented to immediate access and acknowledged that the right of withdrawal is lost upon access.

By completing checkout and requesting immediate access to a Digital Product, you expressly consent to the immediate supply of the digital content and acknowledge the consequent loss of your statutory right of withdrawal.

7.2 Our 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

Notwithstanding the above, Valira Solutions LLP offers a 30-day money-back guarantee as a matter of commercial goodwill. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 calendar days of the Order date, subject to the following conditions:

  • The refund request is submitted within 30 days of the original purchase date.
  • The request is accompanied by a reason for dissatisfaction.
  • The product has not been redistributed or resold.
  • The licence has not been transferred to a third party.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 Business Days of approval. Upon refund, all licences associated with the refunded product are immediately revoked and access will be terminated.

7.3 Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel a Subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period, after which no further charges will be made. We do not provide partial refunds for unused time within a billing period, except where required by applicable law.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All Digital Products and associated materials sold by Valira Solutions LLP are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Unless otherwise stated in the product description, all rights remain the exclusive property of Valira Solutions LLP or its licensors.

Your purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive licence to use the Digital Product for your own business or personal purposes. You may not:

  • Reproduce, copy, or redistribute the Digital Product.
  • Resell, sublicence, or transfer your licence to a third party.
  • Modify or create derivative works for redistribution or resale.
  • Use the Digital Product in any unlawful manner.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer any software included in a Digital Product.

Extended licences (e.g. for resale or multi-seat deployment) are available upon request. Contact us for further information.

9. User Obligations

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information when creating an Account and placing Orders.
  • Keep your Account credentials confidential and notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
  • Use Digital Products solely in accordance with these Terms and applicable law.
  • Not use our Website or products to engage in any fraudulent, unlawful, or harmful activities.
  • Not use automated tools to access the Website in a manner that exceeds normal usage patterns.

Valira Solutions LLP reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account immediately and without notice in the event of a breach of these obligations.

10. Privacy Policy

10.1 Data Controller

Valira Solutions LLP acts as the data controller for personal data collected via the Website. Our registered office serves as the principal place of business for data protection purposes.

10.2 Data We Collect

We may collect the following categories of personal data:

  • Identity data: first name, last name, username or similar identifier.
  • Contact data: email address, telephone number.
  • Transaction data: details about payments and purchases.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser type, time zone, operating system.
  • Usage data: how you use the Website and products.
  • Marketing preferences: your preferences for receiving communications from us.

10.3 How We Use Your Data

We use your personal data to:

  • Process and fulfil your Orders.
  • Manage your Account and provide customer support.
  • Send transactional emails (Order confirmations, invoices, access credentials).
  • Comply with legal and regulatory obligations.
  • Improve our Website and Digital Products (aggregated, anonymised analytics).
  • Send marketing communications, where you have opted in.

10.4 Legal Basis for Processing

We process your personal data on the following legal bases under UK GDPR:

  • Contract performance: to fulfil Orders and provide access to Digital Products.
  • Legal obligation: to comply with applicable laws (e.g., tax and accounting requirements).
  • Legitimate interests: to improve our services and prevent fraud.
  • Consent: for marketing communications, which you may withdraw at any time.

10.5 Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We may share data with:

  • Stripe Inc. – for secure payment processing.
  • Vercel Inc. – our website hosting provider.
  • Regulatory authorities – where required by law.

All third-party processors are contractually bound to handle your data securely and in accordance with UK GDPR.

10.6 Data Retention

We retain personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, and in any event for a minimum of 6 years after the end of the customer relationship, in accordance with UK legal and tax obligations.

10.7 Your Rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:

  • Access – request a copy of your personal data.
  • Rectification – request correction of inaccurate data.
  • Erasure – request deletion of your personal data (“right to be forgotten”).
  • Restriction – request restriction of processing in certain circumstances.
  • Portability – receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
  • Objection – object to processing based on legitimate interests or for direct marketing.
  • Withdraw consent – withdraw consent at any time where processing is consent-based.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Valira Solutions LLP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profit, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, arising from your use of our Digital Products or Website.

Our total aggregate liability to you in connection with any Order shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant Digital Product in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12. Termination

Valira Solutions LLP reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account and access to Digital Products without prior notice if you are found to be in material breach of these Terms.

Upon termination for breach, no refund will be issued. Upon voluntary cancellation of a Subscription, access continues until the end of the current paid period.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting us at cristina.dominguez.cd@gmail.com. Account closure does not affect the validity of any active One-Time Purchase licence.

13. Amendments to These Terms

Valira Solutions LLP reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. For material changes affecting existing Subscriptions, we will notify you by email at least 14 days in advance.

Your continued use of the Website or Digital Products after the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

In the event of a dispute, we encourage you to contact us in the first instance to resolve the matter informally. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

If you are a consumer, you also have the right to submit a complaint to an alternative dispute resolution (ADR) service. For online transactions, you may also use the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
